Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery of print management products: If the product or solution you purchased has not been delivered as promised, you have a period of seven days from the expected delivery date to request an amendment or correction of your order at no extra charge.
- Order cancellation: If you cancel your order before the product is dispatched, a full refund may be issued. A partial refund may apply if the product has already been processed before the cancellation notice was received.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Once a print management product has been delivered and accepted, no refund will be provided.
- Customer misuse or error: If the issue arises from incorrect information provided by the customer or misuse of the product.
Return of Physical Products
If physical products are part of your order, the following conditions apply:
- Return Window: You can return products within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when you received it.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process
